City Departments Human Resources

The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates, oversees, and manages employment opportunities and recruitment, employee benefits, worker's compensation and disability claims, and retirement transition for City employees.

It is the City's policy to provide Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) in its recruitment and development of employee's. The city administers a labor relations contract with its Fire Department and administers a merit based promotion and salary system with all other employee's.
