It has given me a great sense of professional satisfaction to have begun my second year as the City Manager in Newberry. This past year the staff accomplished much more than I envisioned possible when I began my tenure. The big issue has been "Culture Change", never an easy thing. The staff and the Commission have recognized the need and have embraced change. Together we are building the platform to support our future needs. Come see us, " the times they are a changing".
